Welcome to Spill the tea!

My name is Kristy and I am the owner of Spill the Tea Cafe located at 22 Costello Drive in the new Carleton Place Regional Health Centre.   My goal has been to provide a welcoming comfortable space for staff, visitors, and clients of the building as well as serving the local community.

I have 30+ years experience in the food service/hospitality fields and believe good food and drinks have a way of bringing people together.
